Assuming you don't want to just torrent it, and also assuming you're in the US, you can get HBO now: order.hbonow.com/Can get a free trial. If you're not in the US, just torrent it. Honestly if HBO is going to go out of their way to make it difficult for people outside of the US to watch the show legally, then just download it and fuck 'em. |

For me, I just went and created my parents' account for them since they didn't even have one setup, then set the pass myself and have access by default. Woo! =p

If you decide to torrent it, make sure you use a VPN. HBO watches.
I won't ruin it for anyone who isn't up to date, but I may start another discussion thread later labeled clearly as containing spoilers for anyone wanting to discuss recent episodes. I'm fully caught up and I can tell you that this season has been excellent.
